Wellcome to the gastroenterology and hepatology clinic. We are specialized in the diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the liver and the pancreas. We do endoscopic examinations when indicated: gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy.

Location: We are located at 21A Frederiksberg Allé, on the ground level, 1820 Fredriksberg C – in the center of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. We are located together with surgeon Charlotte Bülow. The clinic is located close to public transport. There are public parking spaces in the area.

To book an appointment:
Call 30511017 all weekdays except Friday from 9AM – 12PM. (Not for emergencies)

You will normally need a referral from your general practitioner if you have a Danish CPR-number and a public Yellow Health Insurance Card.

Video consultations: Regular consultations (where you talk with the doctor) are held at the clinic or – if you prefer – as a video consultation via the “Min Læge” app.

There is a link to the “Min Læge” app here.

The “Min Læge” app is designed by the Danish health authorities and meets the EU data security requirements. You can use it on your computer or smartphone. The “Min Læge” app is also used by your general practitioner, so you probably already have experience with it. It is not possible to use other services such as FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. The Danish health authorities do not allow telephone consultation as the first consultation, so this is not an option either.

You can read the instructions (presently in Danish only) for the “Min Læge” app here.

Questions to your doctor: Test results and discussion of health problems is handled via secure mail at emailkonsultationen.dk. You will need an invitation mail from the clinic to be able to setup an account. This is usually given after the first consultation. If you are already a patient at the clinic and have other types of questions please send an email to info@jakobseidelin.dk. Do not use the email for emergencies. Only patients at the clinic can expect mail-answers. Otherwise call us at 30511017. (Not for emergencies).
